Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom items, including custom nameplates, may require additional time depending on order volume.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Orders over the current free-shipping threshold may qualify for free standard shipping when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Tiny Pet Pods is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please check your tracking information first. If the order seems lost or has not updated for several days, contact us and we will help look into it.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can help resolve the issue.
